Session: Better Together: Business Strategy & Culture
Tech companies rise and fall by their culture. Organizational culture is the shared set of values, beliefs, expectations, and attitudes that characterize your organization. It’s reflected in the way you treat your customers and employees. It impacts the types of candidates you attract, and whether they feel they belong. Left to chance, work culture becomes a source of frustration and can block your company from succeeding. But when developed in tandem with your business strategy, your culture strategy will attract and retain talent and empower your teams to innovate.
This workshop will share the basics of bringing teams together in involved and empowered ways to build a dynamic, effective company culture that drives your company's strategy.
